Lychees are an aromatic subtropical sweet fruit that taste like mulberries. It has a floral small, and is juicy when bitten with a burst of slightly acidic, citrus, strawberry like taste.

Mango are juicy with a smooth with a texture similar to a peach and taste cross between aparicot, peach, and banana.

Guanabana

Guanabana has a tropical fleshy sweet custard like white flesh that has a marriage between a banana and a pinapple. It's highly fragrant with a slightly acidic taste that joins it to the citrus family.

Mulberry

Mulberries are considered a superfood for its antioxidant properties. They have a mildly sweet flavor that is similar to blackberries. It is a cross between gogi and figs with a slighty nutty baking spice flavor.

Longan has translucent flesh similar to grapes that is juicy and floral sweet with a hint of tart Lychee like taste with a slight pleasant musk flavor.

The entire Starfruit is edible with its waxy outer texture and citrus juicy inside. It's tangly firm meaty flavor marries the grape and citrus orange.

Tamarind

The Tamarid flavor ranges from sour tart to tangy sweet the riper it becomes. Its flavour has been compared to tangy lemon or lime balanced by sweet caramel notes, or a cross between lemon, apricot and dates. It's unique flavor makes it perfect for dishes that are sweet and savoury alike.

Papaya

Papaya has a sweet and buttery creamy mango, melon texture and flavor. The seeds are edible but they are slightly more bitter.

Jackfruit

Jackfruit is a species of the fig tree. It's has an almost banana-like flavour and a texture similar to mango. The fruit is highly sweet, yet its slight pugnant fruity odor makes it surprisingly aromatic for certain dishes. It's pulp can be shredded and is flavor is often compared to shredded pork.

Soursop

The Sousop has a reminist tropical aromatic smell similar to a pineapple. It is thick and creamy with sour citrus notes that rests on flavors of strawberry waves.

Avocado

Avocado texture is buttery and creamy smooth which at its peak has a slightly sweet aroma and somewhat nutty flavor. Avocados contain plenty of fats and specific carotenoids that are healthy antioxidant compounds for the body.

Moringa

Moringa tastes like matcha that has been spiked with notes of spirulina-like blue-green algae. When added to water, the light powder dissolves easily, providing a distinctly “green” flavor that is bitter and slightly sweet. Dried Moringa leaf powder can also be sprinkled into smoothies, yogurts, and juices. Moringa leaves can be eaten in salads or used in boiled water as a tea. It is considered a superfood and has many healing properties.
